You may only use a face in InstantfaceAI if one of the following is true: - It is your own face. - You have obtained explicit, informed consent from the person whose face it is. - The face belongs to a fictional character, illustration, or AI-generated persona with no real-world identity. There are no exceptions to this rule.

You must stop using their likeness immediately upon withdrawal. - Documented — you must be able to produce proof of consent if requested. A text message, email, or recorded verbal agreement are all acceptable forms of documentation.
All content produced by InstantfaceAI is AI-generated. When you share or publish output from the platform, you are required to disclose that the content is AI-generated. This applies to all distribution channels including social media, messaging apps, video platforms, and live streams. Passing off AI-generated face-swap content as authentic footage of a real person — without disclosure — is a violation of this policy, our Terms of Use, and potentially applicable law in your jurisdiction.
InstantfaceAI automatically labels all session output as "AI-generated" within the app interface. This labelling is part of our compliance with AI transparency requirements and cannot be disabled.
Regardless of consent, the following uses are strictly prohibited: - Creating non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) of any person. - Impersonating a real person to deceive, defraud, or manipulate others. - Creating content designed to harass, defame, or cause reputational harm. - Using the likeness of any minor (under 18) in any context. - Generating content that could constitute election interference, political manipulation, or disinformation. - Using output in any context that implies the real person endorses a product, service, or viewpoint without their explicit authorisation.
You are solely responsible for: - Obtaining and maintaining valid consent before uploading any third-party face. - Storing proof of consent and making it available if we request it. - Ensuring that your use of output complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to laws on deepfakes, privacy, defamation, and AI-generated content disclosure. - Immediately removing any content and ceasing use of a person's likeness if they withdraw consent. InstantfaceAI is not liable for any harm resulting from your failure to obtain or maintain consent.
We take consent violations seriously. Upon a credible report or our own detection of a violation, we will: - Immediately suspend the account pending investigation. - Permanently terminate the account if the violation is confirmed. - Forfeit any unused credits associated with the account — no refund will be issued. - Report the violation to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by law or where serious harm has occurred. We reserve the right to act on violations without prior notice.
If you believe your likeness has been used without your consent on InstantfaceAI, or if you have witnessed a consent violation by another user, please contact us immediately. Include as much detail as possible — screenshots, links, usernames, and a description of the violation.
